Shane has been part of the team since April 2012, after coming from a background in production and project management. He is a joiner by trade who prior to joining Powder Coating Services was a regular customer of this business. Shane’s main responsibility is to keep the plant’s day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensuring jobs are processed on time to the company’s high quality standards, he is our H&S manager and enjoys assisting customers and is always ready with a clear answer to enquiries on pricing, timeframes, colour selection and pre-treatment requirements. 

Outside of work Shane is an avid fisherman. He also enjoys scuba diving, and when time allows, touring the country on his motorbike. 





 

Wei Ting

Wei joined our management team in 2019, he has a background in business management of swimming pools and commercial plumbing, he is also experienced in marketing, graphic design, project management, health & safety, chemical handling and HR. Wei is now  General Manager of the company, he has made significant contributions to improving efficiencies of our production processes in the factory, introduce new systems and streamlining paperwork processes in the office. He enjoys crunching numbers and is aiming to make PCS the best powdercoating company in NZ. Outside of work Wei enjoys playing basketball, DIY and being a family man.
