Ocean Blaze is a transparent, light teal polyurethane top coat with a high gloss finish. Because it’s see-through, the final look depends on the colour and brightness of the base coat underneath. For a chrome-like effect similar to the sample image, Ocean Blaze is applied over a bright silver base such as Platinum Flash.
