What actually makes our BS possible
At Powder Coating Services in Lower Hutt, we built our Bullet Service (BS) around one premise: the deadline you have is the deadline we will meet. That requires three things other coaters don’t have:
- A 20-hour operating day. Most coating plants run a single shift. Running two means your job can come in at 4pm and be processed through pre- treatment, coating, oven cured and QC by 4pm the next day.
- A dedicated priority queue. Bullet Service jobs don’t sit in line behind the batch. They go to the front. That’s a structural commitment, not a favour.
- Consistent Dulux Accreditation. Speed means nothing if the finish fails. Our accreditation means the overnight job carries the same warranty as the standard 3-5-day job same pre-treatment, same quality check, same outcome, just much faster!.
