Sirens Glimmer is an aqua blue-green top coat shimmering with rainbow metallic. This colour is a polyurethane top coat powder coat and has a glossy finish. Two-Coat Information:Top coats are transparent, meaning the colour and brightness of the substrate beneath will affect the final look. To achieve results similar to our sample tag image, this top coat must be applied over a bright silver substrate.For projects without a bright silver base, you can achieve this effect by using Platinum Flash (PCS-17601-SMU) as the base coat.
