Our average turn-around time is 3-7 working days from when your product gets delivered to us. Additional service required such as sand-blasting, paint stripping and getting Made-to-order (MTO) or Imported powders will extend the turnaround time.The price stated will be GST exclusive unless specified.

This quote/estimate will be valid for 30 days from the date sent. Price includes standard packaging, standard pre-treatment process, and powder coating in specified range powder only. Unless specified, the quote/estimate does not include: primer coat, delivery or freight, import fee or powder surcharges, sandblasting, paint stripping,  masking, derusting, hole drilling, removal of stickers & adhesives, additionoal packing ie. Bubble-wrap / Pallet or Stillage packing & strapping– additional cost will apply if any additional services required. If warranty documentation is required, pre-approval paperwork will need to be processed & obtained prior to starting the project, a warranty admin fee will apply. In some cases where a third party contractor is used and the cost cannot be accurately determined, only an estimate for the cost of that service will be given.

For commercial & trade customers: when submitting a job, we require the job to come with a valid Purchase Order, accompanied with drawings (dimensions and quantities), holes drilled for hanging and drainage, materials must not be rusty or oxidised (corroded material should be sandblasted) and in a new condition, Jobs will be painted all-over if not specified on order, any additional “non-standard” labour will be charged at $130/hr +GST. The minimum charge per colour, per job is $130+GST. Lengths under 1 meter will be charged at 1LM. Parts under 0.1m² will be charged at 0.1m² . If a colour name & code is not specified, we will default to a standard Dulux range and a matt finish.
