The James Cook Hotel project, completed on July 31, 2024, involved the application of Duratec Zeus Black Matt to extruded aluminium windows for the hotel’s exterior. Fabricated by Thermosash Commercial and coated by Powder Coating Services, an accredited Dulux powder coater, the project was completed with a high-quality finish to ensure durability and resilience against external weather conditions.

The total coated area for the project was 98.1 square meters, with the Duratec Zeus Black Matt providing a sleek and modern finish that complements the architectural design of the hotel.
