Top Coat Information: Because top coats are transparent, the final appearance depends on the colour and reflectivity of the base layer. For best results (as shown in the sample image), Royal Ember is applied over a bright silver substrate. Platinum Flash is a great base coat option to simulate a chrome-like effect when a reflective surface isn’t available.

Royal Gleam is a light brassy polyester top coat powder with a semi-gloss finish. Top Coat Information: Top coats are transparent. The colour and brightness of the substrate (surface) under a top coat will affect the finished appearance. To achieve results similar to the sample tag image, the top coat must be applied over a bright silver substrate. Platinum Flash (PCS-17601-SMU) is used as a base coat to simulate the appearance of a chrome-like substrate when one is not present.
