Electric Nebula is a clear coat with a blue metallic flake. This colour is a polyester top coat powder coat with a high gloss finish. Two-Coat Information: To achieve this colour as shown on a blue sample tag image, Raven Ember must be applied as a base coat. Our clear top coats are designed to enhance the appearance of each base coat. However, in some cases, the clear top coat may also change the appearance of the colour it is applied over.
